Opportunities is the platform that stores the advertised positions across company, allows employees to filter them out and apply for.

My Role
I participated in the preparation and implementation of each activity. I also was involved in creating the design strategy for this research.
I helped team leader organize the work of our team and also supervised the quality of the work. If necessary, I explained the best way to conduct this or that activity.

The research revealed weaknesses in the business processes.

We discovered users' needs and pains. List of suggestions for improvement was created. The most problematic parts of the application were completely redesigned and tested on users.

UX Audit
Purpose: To evaluate the current platform's usability, visual design, and overall user experience.
Outcomes: Identified navigation issues and areas of friction for both employers and job seekers. Evaluated the visual consistency of the platform's interface
48 Interviews
Purpose: To gain insights into the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by both employers and job seekers using the Opportunities platform.
Outcomes:Uncovered common pain points such as difficulties in navigating the job listings and application process. Identified preferences related to job discovery, filtering options, and communication with applicants.
Creating 10 Personas
Purpose: To develop detailed user personas representing diverse segments of both job seekers, employers and staffing specialists
Outcomes: During the interviews, it appeared that some roles could be categorized into several different types of roles because they have critical differences. Mapped out specific needs, goals, and pain points for each persona.


Collecting Web Analytics Data
Purpose: To analyze user interactions, identify popular job listings, and understand user engagement patterns.
Outcomes: Discovered high-traffic areas of the platform and user preferences.
Identified drop-off points in the application process.
3 Customer Journey Maps
Purpose: To visualize the end-to-end user experience for both employers posting jobs and job seekers applying for positions.
Outcomes: Mapped out the user journey from job discovery to application submission. Identified areas of delight and potential frustration for users.
Value Proposition Canvas Creation
Purpose: To articulate and refine the unique value proposition of the Opportunities platform for both employers and job seekers.
Outcomes: Defined key value propositions, such as efficient job discovery, streamlined application processes, and effective candidate management.
Aligned platform features with user needs and expectations.
Updating the Current Interface
Purpose: To implement design improvements based on the research findings and enhance the overall usability of the Opportunities platform.
Outcomes:
Improved navigation, ensuring a more intuitive user experience.
Redesigned job listing pages, application forms, and communication interfaces.
Enhanced visual consistency and branding elements.
